This album is a little concept I threw together. It's kind of inspired by animals, I guess. The songs were written across a pretty large period of time, but I think there's enough consistencey in them to tie them all together.

Albatrocity is free for download and is released under a creative commons liscense, which gives you the right to sample from, mash up any of the songs and redistribute the entire work for noncommercial use.

If you'd like to donate some money, I'd be thrilled.

I'm not really sure why, but this mp3 player plays "Fish" and "Whales" back at a slower rate, which also affects the pitch. So if you can imagine them at faster speeds and about a step above where they are pitch-wise, you've got it. If you download them, they sound fine. It's just the flash player. I'm working on it.

All songs written/recorded/performed/produced by me (Ross Brown) at home.

All instruments performed by me except: the first drum loop in "Bats", which is a file I found on some breakbeat website (and cannot find what song it was originally from) called fools_gold.wav. (If anyone has any information on this, let me know) and whatever that song is at the beginning of "Ghosts". I just found it on a tape I had.
